I am currently based in the United Kingdom, although the majority of my orders appear to enjoy travelling to the US and beyond.
Shipping:
Shipping worldwide is included in the price of each print ($4)
I ship both standard and priority (on request) within 24 hours after payment is received, unless you have requested a custom order, in which case your order is printed after your payment has been made. All prints listed in the store are in stock. If you are outside of the UK, it generally takes up to a week, often less, for your order to arrive. If you have any concerns about this, just drop me a line. All orders of three or more prints will be mailed priority insured at no extra cost.
Packaging:
All orders are carefully packaged inside of sturdy cardboard envelopes, the prints themselves are snuggled nicely within sealed, cello sleeves.
Refunds/returns:
I will generally replace (for free) any small order that is either damaged or lost in transit. I also offer refunds if preferred. Orders of over three prints will be sent insured at no extra cost.
If your order has not arrived within two weeks of purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Custom orders:
Custom orders are always welcome. Just contact me and I will arrange a reservation listing in the shop just for you. If something has caught your eye that doesn't appear to be in stock, do let me know.
Sold Out items:
Most 'Sold Out' items are generally restocked within a few hours or days (excepting Limited Edition Books) If you are interested in an item that has sold out just drop me a line.
Pricing
Although in the main I aim to offer affordable reproduction prints, many novelty items (postcards, calendars, books and enlargements) will be priced according to how expensive they were to reproduce here in the UK. For instance, an A4 sized calendar may cost me over £17 (plus shipping) to reproduce, so the final price (in USD) will reflect this. I hope you will understand:)
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
